SHIPPING POLICY

Once you’ve placed an order and entered your shipping details, our team will work to process your order within four business days. This is sometimes done the same day, but we might need some time to properly verify your order and authenticate the items through 3rd party providers. In case there would be delay beyond four days in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of it. Shipping time averagely ranges from 3-9 days on higher rarity items (Legendary rarity, Epic rarity, Rare rarity) and between 7-28 days for lower rarity items (Dope rarity, Basic rarity). In some special occasion the shipping provider could experience delays and in that case the shipping times could take up to 90 days. We will provide a tracking link for you to monitor your order on its way.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

DAMAGES

HapaBox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
