Opening a box: To open a box, you first need to create an account and add funds to your balance by using the ‘Top-up’ button. Then you can browse our mystery box collections and choose a box that you like.

Ordering a product: After opening a box, go to your cart and you can start ordering your items there.

Exchanging a product: Another feature that makes HapaBox unique is their exchanging option. If you’re not quite satisfied with your unboxed item, you can instantly sell it for store credit. They have a wide variety of cool stuff in their store, so you’re sure to find something that you like.

The process is simple enough for you to start your journey.

Shipping: Once you’ve redeemed an item and entered your shipping details, the Hapa team will work to process your order within 4 business days. Shipping period ranges from two days to one month on average, and you will be provided with a tracking link so you can monitor your item's journey.

Don’t worry if you don’t get your product immediately, cause your item is most likely under authentication.

You’ll also need to consider international customs since every country has its own taxes and fees. The Hapa team declares the actual value and actual shipping of all products, but you need to be responsible for any taxes and shipping fees imposed by your local government.

Returns: If you redeemed an item and it arrived damaged or faulty, HapaBox supports refunding your account with store credit. I can’t change my password: Passwords can be changed under “Account” of your personal Profile after logging in. Please always feel free to contact the support team via live chat.

I’m getting an error message that says "This email is already taken": This means that an account has already been created using the same email you’re trying to register with.

In this case, please check if you’ve created an account with the same email, or simply sign up using another email address.

How can I delete my account: HapaBox offers two ways to delete your account: 1) Contact customer service via live chat, allowing up to 72 hours to delete your account; or 2) Download the HapaBox App, navigate to "Account" and "Profile", then select "Delete Account" for immediate removal.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

Do I have to pay for shipping?: Yes. Appropriate shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

How do I track my item?: Once the Hapa shipping team has processed your item and the status is “ordered”, a tracking link will be shown on your account’s delivery page.

You can check your item’s journey any time with the link. Processing usually takes three working days, but may occasionally take up to a couple of weeks due to very special reasons. The Hapa team will try their best to work and ship your item to you as fast as they can.

How long does shipping take?: Shipping periods vary depending on where the products are shipped to. On average, it takes from 3 to 20 business days.

Where can the products be shipped to?: HapaBox is currently providing global shipping services.

What’s the status of my orders?: Go to the menu, click on the “My Orders" tab and you’ll be able to review the status of any orders.

My orders has been cancelled: If this happens to you, it's possible that you've entered an invalid or incorrect shipping address. Please reach out to the Hapa Support team and get help.

My item was faulty. What can I do?: Please contact the Hapa Support team via live chat or support@hapabox.com. HapaBox will always be here to solve your issue.

TOP-UPs

How do I top-up my account?: Topping up is quick and easy. Click on the “Top-up" button, enter the amount you want to top-up and select the payment method that suits you best. That’s enough for you to start your Unboxing Journey!

I’ve topped up my account, but my balance doesn’t increase. What can I do?: Don't worry. Top-ups can take up to 15 minutes to be shown on your account balance due to payment processing. Please reach out to the Hapa Support team via live chat if your top-up amount doesn’t increase to your balance within one hour.

What payment methods are acceptable for HapaBox?: Visa, Mastercard, Zen and Paypal.

PROBABILITY

Since every outcome is assigned to a random number, the probability of a particular outcome will never change, even if you play for 100,000,000 times. There’s no pattern or method used to determine when to win a big prize. It’s totally random each time you play.
